Bloom & Bounty is an intimate inaugural farm dinner experience set amongst the flower field at I BAR Ranch. Surrounded by wide open views, mountain skies, and the timeless beauty of a true Western ranch setting, guests will gather for an unforgettable summer evening celebrating locally grown food, flowers, and community in the Gunnison Valley.

The evening will feature a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner by Crested Butte Chefs, seasonal ingredients with edible floral accents, wine from Buckel Family Wine, and immersive floral design by Janniebird Farm. As the sun sets over the ranch, guests will dine at a beautifully styled long table nestled amongst the blooms and golden hour light.

Each guest will be welcomed with our signature summer cocktail, and a glass of wine will be paired with your main course. A full bar will be available throughout the evening for additional beverages.

Please note this is an outdoor dining experience on natural terrain. We recommend comfortable footwear suitable for walking through fields and uneven ground.

Seating is intentionally limited to 50 guests.
